My first teacher taught me that "...Fridays child is loving and giving", but what kind of a situation does that put a guy when Tuesdays child has the moves and that Monday kid has looks enough to spare? At least I'm not full of woe like that Wednesday girl.

I've been taking photographs since I was about eight years old when my mother let me borrow her Pentax ME 35mm one evening and the prospect was too good to ignore. Upgrading to a Pentax ME Super a little later the repertoire then grew to include a Pentax Optio S50 and a Canon Eos 400D.

I'm currently studying a BA (Hons) in Visual Arts Practice in Dun Laoghaire IADT and as well as giving me some much-needed perspective it's helping me hone a wide variety of skills. In second year I intend on specialising in photography with seconds in video and screen-printing.

I spend a good deal of my spare time writing, teaching myself how to use various digital artistic suites and designing websites. These pursuits have granted me over four years experience with Photoshop, a year with Final Cut and a handful of active websites. I work freelance within these areas and more.
